The return of Damascus steel at Opinel. Crafted from stainless Damasteel® steel, the blade combines two alloys which, once forged and etched, reveal the unique Sparse Twist™ pattern, characteristic of Damascus steel. It is paired with a handle made from Ziricote wood, a precious wood native to Central America with beautiful dark tones, and an anthracite locking ring with titanium finish. A limited edition Opinel knife that collectors shouldn't miss on...!

This knife includes an oak pencil case box and black leather pocket sleeve.

Polished Blade

Hand polished Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel to create a beautiful mirror effect. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% provides an excellent cutting edge and is easily sharpened.

In the event of a manufacturer's defect or workmanship, Opinel will exchange the products affected.
