We hope the schedule below makes sense, if not or you simply need reassurance please call us at 860-245-2211 between 9am & 5pm EST Monday through Friday and we will clarify. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

A tracking number is provided with all shipping options, you'll receive it as soon as your order ships.

• All orders placed to be shipped non express, engraved or not ship sameor next business day (mostly same day depending on order time).
• All orders placed by 3 pm EST to be shipped express (FedEx or USPS) engraved or not ship same day.

Shippers transit times below are not guaranteed by us. All orders are shipped from zip code 32246, Florida.

• USPS first class (free shipping) is reliable but a little inconsistent with targeted delivery day. 1 to 5 business days (mostly 2 to 3) can be expected. See USPS commitments here.
• USPS Priority Mail has greatly improved. 1 to 3 business dayscan be expected. In many cases this service will be 3 days fasterthan UPS Ground to the western states.See USPS commitmentshere.
• USPS Express Mail. Mostly overnight but could be 2 days depending on location.Saturday Delivery. See USPS commitments here.
• UPS Ground: Very reliable andconsistent, see schedule map below. No Saturday Delivery
• FedEx Express saver, 2 days and overnight are respectively 3 days, 2 days and overnight. No Saturday Delivery
