The blunt tip of the No.09 Oyster sturdy stainless steel blade allows precise and safe oyster shucking, with a Padouk wood handle naturally water resistant.

The curved blade of the No.08 Mushroom knife offers great control and doesn't "cut off too much good mushroom".The natural bristle brush cleans the delicate mushroom skin on the spot of any soil residue. 

Both knives are compatible with the Large Outdoor Sheath.
