Customer Service Representative - Remote

As an Opinel USA Customer Service Representative, you will oversee daily inbound communications, assist our warehouse with returns and provide product information to customers in need. Your goal is to help us continue to grow our expanding D2C business and provide customers with a top-of-the-line buying experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound customer service on Opinel-usa.com (Email, Live Chat, Phone)

  • Inbound customer service on Amazon.com and dropship retailers

  • Handle Inbound Customer service from Opinel social media accounts directed at North American Markets.

  • Approve/Review/Deny/Respond Product reviews placed on Opinel-usa.com 

  • Work with Ecommerce Manager to adjust and monitor inventory levels

  • Work with Ecommerce Manager to update and adjust product information on Opinel USA’s various points of sale

  • Build reports based on inbound customer queries and suggest improvements to the website/content listings

 

Qualifications

  • Highly Organized
  • Detail Oriented
  • Must be able to work 9:00 - 5:00 MST M-F
  • Ability to read, write and hold a conversation
  • Ability to carry out multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self driven with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Interest in cooking, camping or outdoor activities
  • Experience with customer service ticketing systems such as (Zendesk, Helpscout)
  • Familiarity with French or Spanish is a major plus
