The No.10 Folding Fillet knife is the perfect everyday carry steak knife, or small fish fillet knife. It fits cleanly in your hand and the slim blade is great for cutting thin slices. The Virobloc locking ring will keep the blade locked open, or closed during transport. The Beech wood model has a satin grind blade.
The Padouk and Olive wood models have a mirror polished blade.
Choose from four different sizes ranging from No.08 - No.15. Having a knife long enough and flexible enough to fillet is key to harvesting the most from your catch. Still not sure about size? Check out our recent blog article that should help you make the right choice.
We use Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% provides an excellent cutting edge and is easily sharpened.
