Opinel Intempora No219 Santoku Knife
Ideal for preparing fish and shellfish, meat or vegetables, it is used to slice thinly and chop or as a clever. After cutting, the blade can pick-up bits and carry them to the recipient.

Thick (3mm) blade = excellent cutting rigidity and stability.
Full tang (the blade extends the entire length of the handle) = robustness.
